Sky Stream to Launch in EE Retail Stores from 15th October

Exciting news for EE customers! From 15th October, you’ll be able to order Sky Stream through EE retail stores, via the EE website, and even through EE telesales. This partnership between EE and Sky marks the first time EE customers can get their hands on Sky Stream alongside their EE home broadband, giving more people access to the best of Sky’s entertainment – all in one place.

    What is Sky Stream?

Sky Stream is Sky’s plug-and-play TV box that brings you Sky’s top-notch TV experience streamed straight to any TV over WiFi. With over 100,000 hours of content, more than 150 channels, and the best of UK entertainment, it’s a game changer for those who love their TV shows, films, sports, and more.

Sky Stream combines all your favourite content in one easy-to-navigate place. Think of it as your one-stop shop for everything from Sky Originals, to live sport, and over 50 entertainment apps like Disney+, BBC iPlayer, Apple TV, and more. And you don’t even need a satellite dish – just plug it into your TV and stream away!

What Does This Mean for EE Customers?

This partnership between EE, the leading consumer brand for BT Group, and Sky is set to make life even easier for anyone looking to bundle their broadband and entertainment together. It’s all about choice.

With the addition of Sky Stream to EE’s offerings, customers can now order Sky TV alongside their EE broadband and mobile packages. It’s part of EE’s mission to offer a range of viewing platforms so you can tailor your entertainment to your lifestyle.

    A Partnership Built on Experience

This isn’t the first time EE and Sky have teamed up. The two brands have had a successful partnership since 2017, and this latest collaboration is a testament to how well they’ve worked together. Both companies are focused on giving customers the best entertainment experience available.

By adding Sky Stream to its portfolio, EE is giving even more customers access to Sky’s leading TV content, including popular shows, award-winning Sky Originals, and an unbeatable range of entertainment and sport.

    What the Experts Say

Marc Allera, CEO at EE, highlighted how this partnership will benefit customers:

“As part of our strategy for new EE, we’re continually looking to partner with some of the world’s leading brands to provide our customers with the very best in entertainment. Extending our partnership with Sky allows us to give customers even greater choice, so they can take a TV service that best suits their lifestyle, matched with EE’s great new home broadband offering.”

Meanwhile, Sophia Ahmad, Chief Consumer Officer at Sky, expressed her excitement about the partnership:

“Sky Stream offers a transformative viewing experience, making it even easier for customers to access Sky’s market-leading entertainment offer, with no dish required. We’re excited to be partnering with EE to take the benefits of Sky Stream into the front rooms of even more customers.”

How Much Does Sky Stream Cost?

Sky Stream packages start from £28 per month, which includes Sky Entertainment and Netflix. So, if you’ve been thinking about upgrading your home entertainment, this could be the perfect opportunity to pair Sky’s TV brilliance with EE’s reliable broadband.

    Why You Should Be Excited

This partnership between EE and Sky is all about giving customers more choice and making access to top-quality entertainment as simple as possible. Whether you’re a binge-watcher, a movie lover, or a sports fanatic, Sky Stream offers something for everyone – all with the ease of EE home broadband. With its easy setup, fantastic range of content, and no need for a satellite dish, it’s never been easier to enjoy the best of UK TV.
